How does the wallet and subscription work together?
Subscriptions credit your wallet each billing cycle. Billable actions debit the wallet first; optional auto-recharge tops up from your saved card when you dip below your threshold.
How does pay-as-you-go billing work?
You add credits to your wallet and only spend when you run AI replies, posts, audits, or SEO actions. Every action shows its price before you confirm.
What happens if my balance runs low?
You will see gentle prompts as credits run down. At zero, AI actions pause until you add funds or subscribe-your data stays in place.
Where do I manage payment methods and invoices?
Go to Settings Billing & wallet to add a card with Stripe, run top-ups, enable auto-recharge, and open the customer portal when available.

Product & workflows
How does auto-reply work for reviews?
Auto-reply only applies to higher star ratings you configure (default 4–5). A grace period lets you preview, edit, or cancel before anything posts.
How do disputes and policy removal requests work?
You can generate an AI-assisted rationale, edit it, and submit when ready. A wallet debit applies when the action runs, per the price shown in the product.
Can I schedule Google posts from ReviewPace?
Yes. Create a post, attach optional media, and publish now or schedule for later. Drafts stay in your posts list until you send them.
Where do I report a bug or reach a human?
