What if I barely use ReviewPace this month?
Your $5 platform fee keeps 24/7 monitoring running. If your wallet hits the $21 cap, we automatically pause the $7 wallet top-up and drop your bill to just $5/mo (Protection Only). You still get suspension alerts, review notifications, and full dashboard access. When you start using credits again, the full subscription resumes.
What's this 'Honest Pause' and wallet cap?
We cap your wallet at 3× your monthly top-up ($21 for Starter, $57 for Growth). If you aren't burning through credits, your balance hits the cap and we stop charging the wallet portion. Your bill drops to the platform fee only $5/mo or $10/mo. It's our way of making sure you never hoard unused credits or pay for AI you're not using.
What does a GBP suspension actually cost me to fix?
Suspension monitoring is free on all plans we alert you the moment a risk is detected. The only billable step is generating the appeal itself, which costs $1.00 from your wallet. That one action kicks off the NAP analysis, drafts the reinstatement request, and gives you a submission-ready document. Compare that to paying a consultant $150–$400 for the same thing.
Is it safe to leave auto-reply running unattended?
Yes, by design. Auto-reply only fires on reviews that match the rules you configure star rating, keywords, sentiment threshold. It uses templates you've approved. You can set it to require your manual approval before any reply goes live, or let it fire automatically on 4–5★ reviews and route everything else to your inbox.
Can I manage more than one business location?
The Growth plan ($29/mo) supports up to 5 business profiles with a $10/mo platform fee covering 5× API monitoring, and $19/mo in wallet credits. If you have more than 5 locations, reach out and we'll set up a custom arrangement.
Can I cancel or switch plans at any time?
Yes, from your dashboard no phone calls, no cancellation forms. Cancel and you keep access until the end of your billing period. Switch plans and it takes effect immediately; we prorate the difference. Your wallet credits never expire, even after cancellation.
